📜 Lyrics – Sone Ki Chadi (Shantinath Bhagwan)

Shree Shantinath Bhagwan

Sone ki chhadi
Roope ki mashaal
Jariyan ka jaama
Motiyan ki maala
Aaju se baaju se nigaah rakho

Jeevdaya pratipaalak
Tran lok na naath
Devadhidev

Hastinapur teerth mandan
Achiradevi na nandan
Raja Vishwasen na sapoot

Raaj Rajeshwar
Daya na saagar
Karuna na bhandaar
Varahi na raja
Anant upkaari
Solma teerthankar
Shree Shantinath dada ne

Ghani Khamma!
Ghani Khamma!
Ghani Khamma!

👑 Who is Shri Shantinath Bhagwan?

Bhagwan Shantinath is the sixteenth Tirthankar of the current time-cycle. He was born in Hastinapur to King Vishvasena and Queen Achira, in the ancient Ikshvaku dynasty. He is depicted with a golden complexion, and his emblem (lanchhan) is the deer. He attained moksha at Sammet Shikhar (Shikharji).

Shantinath is especially revered as one of only three souls to be a Tirthankar, a Chakravarti (world-emperor) and a Kamadeva in a single lifetime. His name "Shanti" means peace — tradition holds that even before his birth, his presence brought peace and ended suffering in his land.
