Siddhi tapa is one of the greatest tap done by many Jain ascetics during the 4 months chaumasa in Jain religion.
It has the below stages.
1) One Upwas then parna
2) Two Upwas then parna
3) Three Upwas then parna
4) Four Upwas then parna
5) Five Upwas then parna
6) Six Upwas then parna
7) Seven Upwas then parna
8) Eight Upwas then parna
It has got great importance if done during the chaumasa.
One should always take pachhkhan from the Jain saint so that the upwas are completed successfully without any hindrance.
